"Cooking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
While other children dreamed of toys, I dreamed of kitchen tools.
From an early age, food wasn’t just something I ate - it was something I created, explored, and loved deeply.
That childhood passion grew into a professional journey that took me from kitchens in Bulgaria to restaurants across the United States, shaping my craft, discipline, and vision of what exceptional food should be.
But everything changed after my participation in Hell’s Kitchen Bulgaria.
That experience ignited something even stronger inside me - a desire not only to cook, but to build a name associated with bold flavors, honest ingredients, and unforgettable experiences."

"My culinary journey has taken me from restaurants across Bulgaria to a steakhouse in Texas and seafood kitchens in Florida, where I built a strong foundation in precision, discipline, quality, and deep respect for ingredients. Those environments shaped me with speed, structure, and consistency. Everything shifted when I began cooking more personally - first for friends, then for private gatherings. I realized that beyond technique, what truly fulfills me is creating joy through food. Seeing genuine reactions, hearing heartfelt compliments, and watching conversations come alive around a table I’ve prepared feels far more meaningful than anything else."
